What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
To get my daily income of 500 gold. Instead I just got 300 (plus the correct amount of bonus). I don’t mind the missing 400 so much, just the fact this has now happened twice is worrisome. 
This time I did not switch to another app (on iPad) while the income screen was loading.
What are the steps to make it happen again?
Log in, etc.
