If you are on a console simply take a photo using another device. A video is preferred. Try uploading to YouTube Privately.

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened
This is simply what you were trying to do and what happened instead. Example:
ā€˜I was trying to start an Arena battle, but Gems of War loaded Broken Spire quest instead!ā€™

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Was this a once-off bug or has it been a consistent issue? Does it only happen after doinga particular game mode?

Steps to make it happen again
Do you know how to make this happen? Sometimes there are certain steps that can lead to a problem that may not be obvious!
Example: I lose once in the Arena.
I then exit to the world map.
I then tap on Broken Spire on the map and then tap Arena.
Broken Spireā€™s quest loads instead of the Arena

Daily tasks are frozen for meā€¦ They tell me to win 6 battles with 3 different mythic troops and I have tried dozens of various combinations and none of them work

I am not sure what you mean by ā€œfrozenā€ or not working, so, to complete this task you will need to win 6 battles with 3 different mystic troops (note; mystic not mythic). You will need 3 different mystic troops to fight overall, but 6 battles must also be won. The same 3 troops can be used for all battles.

Mystic troops include
Bone binder
Asha
Azura
Enchantress

Etc.

I understand the requirements and how to do it cyrupā€¦ I have used many different combinations and it will not registerā€¦ It still says 0/6

Seriously guys I am sooooo fecking stupid sometimesā€¦ I thought is said mythic troops, I have been trying with different mythic troopsā€¦

It said MYSTICā€¦ My TV screen is small but even still. Got it done now

After doing a 3+ thousand of these DT, I was certain it was either Mythic/Mystic confusion, OR the OP was not using unique troops when I read this. Iā€™m glad support helped you out.

PS: Please donā€™t nerf DT anymore when PC/Mobile gets them ā€œsoonā€.

Daily task for using 100 gold keys not working. I opened 200 gold chests and did not receive the 1000 souls reward. The task progress bar is showing 993/100. That was at least 10 mins ago and still no notification or mail. Please help, Iā€™m new to the game and can use all the help I can get. Thanks in advance.
