Just was looking at the sentinel screen and was wondering how the shown totals add up to the displayed bonus

In think the 2nd to last column is what you are getting from other players, the last includes your sentinels.
I should pay more attention to that, but I don’t.
Other way around, but same idea.
2nd last column is the bonuses from Sentinels you’ve upgraded yourself.
From your totals, we can work out that you are a Herald for this GW, since you only get bonus stats from the ranks below.

Columns 1-5 show how many stat points every rank is contributing to players above them. Column 5 is zeros because that’s paragon, their sentinels don’t add to anyone else.
The column with yellow numbers applies to your rank - this is how much your rank is contributing to those above you and any stats before that column will add to your stat bonus.
Column 6 is bonuses from your sentinels and last column, column 7, is the sum of your sentinels plus bonuses from lower ranked members (in your case, columns 1 and 2).

Your sentinels’ bonuses are highlighted on the 6th column from the left: 5, 10, 10, 5.
You are a Herald on the GW rank in your guild, thus the yellow highlighted numbers on the 3rd column from the left.
Your total bonuses will be the sum for all the sentinels’ bonuses given by the other players on a lower rank than you, columns 1 and 2 from the left, plus you sentinels’ bonuses with the totals rounded down.
Adding columns 1 & 2 will get you:
attack: 1.4 + 1.6 = 3
life: 2.1 + 2.4 = 4.5
armor: 2.1+ 2.4 = 4.5
magic: 2.1 + 1.6 = 3.7
Adding your Sentinels (column 6) bonuses to the numbers above, and rounding then down will give:
attack: 3 + 5 = 8
life: 4.5 + 10 = 14.5 => 15
armor: 4.5 +10 = 14.5 => 15
magic: 3.7 +5 = 8.7 => 9
thus the numbers on the rightmost column (highlighted green.)
Your Paragon will have:
attack: 1.4 + 1.6 + 1.3 + 1 = 5.3
life: 2.1 + 2.4 + 2.3 + 2 = 8.8
armor: 2.1+ 2.4 + 2.3 + 2 = 8.8
magic: 2.1 + 1.6 + 1.3 +1 = 6
plus their own sentinel bonuses.
If they go like you and maximize their Sentinels, your guild Paragon will have a total bonus of:
attack: 1.4 + 1.6 + 1.3 + 1 = 5.3 + 5 = 10.3 => 10
life: 2.1 + 2.4 + 2.3 + 2 = 8.8 + 10 = 18.8 => 19
armor: 2.1+ 2.4 + 2.3 + 2 = 8.8 + 10 => 19
magic: 2.1 + 1.6 + 1.3 +1 = 6 + 5 = 11
