Cost of creating arcane appearance stones

I find the cost of stones with celestial appearance too restrictive for the creation of arcane stones. Knowing how difficult it is to obtain or create celestial stones, it would either be easier to obtain those stones or reduce or eliminate this cost to facilitate access to the aspects of the troops.
