Buonasera volevo segnalare che oggi in evento boss ho potuto fare solo 4 battaglie tutte vinte perchè non mi è stato assegnato alcun corvo, Lo stesso problema era avvenuto con invasione dove nonostaante le 4 vittorie dei 4 sigilli non ho ricevuto alcuna partita bonus da corvo (anche se ovviamente non si visualizza).
Inoltre per be 2/3 volte mi si è presentato il seguente problema: durante la partita in evento di classe le carte si sono improvvisamente oscurate,solo le mie, e poi il gioco si è chiuso senza nessun codice errore dandomi ovviamente la partita come persa. Nessun problema di connessione -

I then exit to the world map. I then tap on Broken Spire on the map and then tap Arena. Broken Spire’s quest loads instead of the Arena

grazie per la risposta ma non ho visto valraven in quell’intervallo e a tutti quelli che conosco è sempre arrivato almeno 1 al giorno; secondo problema : sono certa che è un bug perchè altrimenti non si oscurerebbero solo le mie carte prima della chiusura del gioco ma si oscurerebbero anche quelle dell’avversario.Grazie
Potresti trovare un Valraven nella prossima battaglia e due battaglie dopo aver trovato un’altra media in una battaglia su quattro. Questo succede a volte.
Circa il suo secondo problema potrebbe essere un bug in cui le truppe morte rimangono sullo schermo di gioco, ma è difficile dire esattamente cosa potrebbe essere successo. Comunque, ti auguro buona fortuna nelle prossime battaglie di domani.
era molto meglio quando si apriva il tiket nel supporto, le risposte erano sicuramente più esaustive e accurate. qui non sapete risolvere alcun problema , non ti prendi il tempo per vedere quale problema possa essere accaduto al mio account di gioco quando potresti benissimo controllarlo. Ho lavorato anch’io per il supporto di un gioco sicuramente molto più grande di questo e so come si fa …questa non è serietà nè tantomeno capacità di venire incontro al giocatore che spende soldi per ottenere risultati e che non li ottiene per bug o problemi non imputabili certamente a lui. Del tuo potresti trovare … sinceramente non me ne faccio nulla perchè se domani così non succedesse tu non farai comunque nulla per aiutarmi a risolvere il problema. Che delusione mai più un solo euro per voi!!!
Io uso il telefono, non sai quante volte mi esce al improvviso della app senza errore senza niente…adesso ho imparato e dopo un po esco io e rientro che se ti capita magari in guild War oppure boss e un casino. È come se il gioco diventa sempre più lento, dopo il restart riparte bene finché non rallenta di nuovo
Infatti quello che fa rabbia è che non capiscono che a volte basta così poco per controllare un account e verificare se il problema c’è o meno…ma qui non si prendono nemmeno la briga di farlo …che delusione

His second problem seems quite hard to describe, it seems like a mix of the ghost troops resulting in a lost battle… Not sure what could be causing that, if it’s something server side or client side. You can try to check t our using Google Translator for Italian and underestand the general idea about his posts.
hello, the problem in detail: I start the game and 2 or 3 of my 4 troops are obscured and I can see them only when the mana is full when I launch my troop returns obscured then after two three shots even if I have already killed three troops the game it closes, not just the game.
