Not necessarily. There was a bug where we fought the same guy twice as well. Our opponents definitely had 30

It just re-rolls from the rank, so it can be the same enemy twice

There is a very small chance that when something summons a “random daemon”, that Evolved Gorgotha will appear. You were “lucky”.
