i thought the repeated loss was coused by server issues bug, where player keep pressing reply and somehow the battle gets counted repeated times

but @Stan for that player and you i think the player might have the account bind with another acc by same invitation code or something, might be worth digging up more?

Bug due to server issues, I have 5 troops that went back to common and have a bugged ascension screen.
