[Contact Support} Unable to use chat on Wifi

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Chat does not work at all on Wifi, this occurs no matter whether the game was launched when already connected to Wifi or if it auto connected while playing which immediately disconnects chat.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
This happened earlier in the week but I ignored it but now its permanently disconnected the second I connect to wifi for at least one day but could have been since Monday reset.

Steps to make it happen again
Connect to wifi, nothing else seems to matter.

Additional Info
Another guild member has had similar/same issue. No specifics to add saddly.
