[Contact Support] Purchase issue/items not received

Xbox Series S/X

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:

I purchased Underspire Lantern booster and legends reborn tier 1 and did not receive either of them.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?

It happens every time these types of purchases are made. It started approximately 8 months ago.

Steps to make it happen again:

Open Underspire, navigate to purchase menu, select lantern booster, pay $1.99 plus tax. Transaction successful but do not receive items

Try restarting the game for the Lanterns to show up. I had to and it worked the first week.

If you mean the ‘Bonus’ Deeds in legends reborn, you have to select and click them, its not automatic.

Lanterns do not show up after restarting game.
