I just bought premium pass today. I didn’t collected anything. Please help me.
You need to contact support, with your invite code and a copy of your receipt.
Couple of common things I see though, when people reach out about missing purchases
- Check the rewards aren’t sitting waiting in your inbox
- If you are on console go into your Settings > Account > Check for Purchases, allow to run.
- If they still don’t appear after this, then submit a ticket.
I got the rewards of premium pass pvp but the problem in the game It won’t collect all season rewards.
Anything you would have already unlocked from the premium rewards, is sent to your inbox
Everything else on the track should be things you haven’t unlocked yet
If the collect button is greyed out, it would be because you have already collected all the free rewards for where you are up to (the premium rewards in your inbox)
Again, you should submit a ticket to support with your invite code, so they can look into it further.
