What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I wanted to view my pet collection, but my game froze up and crashed, giving me an error code.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Every time I try to view my pet collection, my game crashes. I have tried multiple times to access my pets, but the game keeps crashing.

Steps to make it happen again
Try to view my pets and the game will crash. Even if you exit out of the pet menu, the game will lock up and force you to restart the game.
