What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened
I was expecting to get the golden marks reward from being number 1 on pvp at the end of the week but didn’t get any
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
First time happening to me as I took a long break from the game and only recently came back

Steps to make it happen again
Not sure, placing 1st or in the top 3 of pvp at the end of the week?

In the ticket, please include your Invite Code, what you believe to be missing and clarify if you are missing rewards for the PVP Global Leaderboard placements.
