Purchased Pet 10 piece with credit card. It said “got it” a little later the XBox sale flash told me that Microsoft had run the transaction, no item.
Made a purchase of $1.99 and tax - that gave me the item
Purchased the Hero booster pack, did not get item and it still shows as available.
As indicated, it happened twice
As indicated, only happened with the credit card purchase, not the purchase from my XBox funds.
