[Contact Support] Error Kingdom Not Purchasable

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I am trying to continue my adventure path. The next step is to unlock the kingdom of Zhul’Kari. When I try to unlock the kingdom, i click purchase, and i get the error Kingdom Not Purchasable 3029. I cannot continue the adventure path. This is also hindering my campaign tasks.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
This happens every time i try to purchase kingdom Zhul’Kari. I have over 30k gold, so i have enough gold to ourchase.

Steps to make it happen again
See above. This happens every time i try to purchase/unlock Zhul’Kari.
