I’m level 330ish, got 57 at 20, 45 at 15, out of 145 Troops. I can get enough Souls to max everyone out by level 400.
The key is Valkyrie. Always farm with her and if she works for Invading.
what if you dont like what valkyrie card looks like… thats my problem why i dont like using her… i mean i do have her upgraded and all but meh… wish her art was better.

I don’t even challenge farm just invades for the most part…
then you use it anyways because you get a tenth as much otherwise…
If you run celestial armor or demonknight, it’s actually only 1/5th, not 1/10th.
But your point stands - playing every match with a Valk team totally changes the economy of the game.
its a 10th… with no armor you’d get 4, 40 with valk…

celest/death 8 - 80…
Cause I’m at 401 with 20 troops at 20 and 20 at 16-19. Rest are at 15 except for Fenrir since he’s waiting for the next “Level a troop to 15” task.
So yes, my run was far from efficient. At least I’m trying a different team with her, though it’s still not as fun.
What would really make help would be once Soothsayer is released cause then I can run my PC team (even though our Magic Kingdom bonus is a little lower) which I do enjoy more.

I ám trying to build a finley team though after noticing i got 200 gold from a match (wearing dragon btw) after trying him without him even being lvl 10 yet and the rest of the team being quite shitty too.
thats like saying I don’t want to take a job where I can make 100/hr , I’d rather make 10.

OK, I can respect a difference in personal taste. I don’t mind the longer tasks - I just incorporate them into whatever else I am working on. For example, if I get ‘make 50 5-matches’, I use my transformer team on my next few battles, whether I’m completing a quest, doing PVP or whatever.
And I totally agree about the quick fix on team selection. Now that we can name teams, I don’t see any reason not to change the default to having the teams closed. At least we’d have some ability to control when that delay happens.

I loves my Ice witch. she’s so awesome. i think she was the first one i bought with Glory. Before the update, and people were whining about “Frozen” on pc/mobile side, i was like… “ohhhh yeeeah.” I wish i could trait her easier. tosses out magic to all

If you like the effect, Soothsayer will be a troop for you. Boosts everyone’s magic each time it’s used.

We have a few that gather souls but valk is the best i assure you. When you get the ice queen mab then valk will be good and fast.
Even before Mab, Valkyrie and Mercy combo well off of one another and can be used to set up either a yellow or a blue troop quickly. Need Mercy first, though, of course, and ideally have her empowered.
Well the Spider was 300 glory and giving 2 so I stockpiled…
Of course Webspinner is sitting there saying “Show me the love…”
Don’t give in! Mercy is a much better investment. (For now at least
