After the last (8th battle) was done I did not receive my new pet. Please look into this.
Stupid question, but did you go to the Rewards tab afterwards and press Collect?

Submit a ticket for “missing rewards”. If you did claim your rewards and it didn’t show.

Even if you don’t collect your rewards, you’ll receive any uncollected rewards in your in-game mail sometime after the event ends.
