Class talents not working in PvP? (resolved)

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
recently hit level 70 in Assassin class and selected “swift curse” talent. Noticed it wasn’t being applied to enemy troops in PvP in 5 or 6 matches. Switched over to explore battles and confirmed it is actively working in that mode.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
It happens every battle in PvP

Steps to make it happen again
Play a battle in PvP with swift curse talent selected using Assassin class

Double check your skills? Because for some reason, PVP likes to change my Elementalist to Lord of Storms isntead of Fortitude, which I would never not pick.

Also, in PVP, you’ll find a lot of immortals and other impervious/invulnerable troops and it will cast swift curse but not apply anything in those situations.

Good call. I did check the troops and didn’t see any traits that would block death mark, but for whatever reason it’s working now.
