What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
When I attempt to launch Gems of War on my Chromebook, the logos appear, and when it fades those out to switch to the loading screen, the loading screen does not load and instead crashes.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
This happens every single time I launch the game.
Steps to make it happen again
I launch the game on my Chromebook and it crashes.
Have you tried to uninstall and do a fresh install of the game? (If you haven’t already make sure to register your account and record your login details first so you can easily get back into your account)
Force stop the app. Then clear it’s cache and it should work after that.
If it doesn’t then restart the Chromebook after the first two steps and it’ll work.
It’s a pain, but unfortunately there’s a litany of other issues constantly so the stability on Chrome is always pushed to the bottom of the priority list.
