Changing chat channels crashes the game

As the title, whenever changing channels crashes the game, anyone else? A few guildmates are the same, xbox.

Wondering if it’s linked to this?

Crashing When Renaming Teams

Today, I have been having crashes when I try to rename a team, on the Xbox. After typing the new name and pressing enter, the name field would be blank, the spinning wheel spins in the blurred background for several seconds, then the game freezes/crashes. I have tried the rename on two different teams and same crash. Anyone else having this problem?
