Change to Chat and Announcement

I have a problem within my guild that some members never read Chat, and as the Announcement only appears in Chat (on XBOne at least), I have no way to communicate with them about Guild matters.

Instead, I would prefer to see the Announcement appear as a pop-up for all players when they logon so that they will all see it.

Also, the character limit should be increased because it’s impossible to do anything with 40 characters.

Increasing the character limit is a start, but there’s still no way to drive all members to it…!
