Why aren’t there any blood frenzies in Central Spire? If it’s supposed just mimic the old PvP system, it doesn’t. Immortals specific to the region do double damage and the monoliths increase stats, both of which weren’t in the old PvP. Not to mention you can use trinkets there if you desire. It would be nice to earn extra VP and not be tied down by some restrictions from time to time. Even if you didn’t want it to be an every week event, you could create a new weekend event to add to the rotation featuring Central Spire Blood Frenzies.
While yes it has similarities to the old PvP system, Central Spire is almost like a neutral zone where there are no restrictions and intended to be the most accessible region to all players.
Because of that, it doesn’t have Blood Frenzies.
Is there a reason you want an additional location, when all the other regions have them, or just more questioning why this last one doesn’t have them?
I would like to play in Central Spire Blood Frenzies so that I can earn the bonus VP they provide and not have to deal with the restrictions of the other areas.
I don’t know how PvP matchmaking will change with 9.4, but currently if I play in a zone other than a frenzy, I get lots of low score characters and it really isn’t worth my time.
As of late, it seems that the 3 solid color zones have been receiving far less frenzies and there are too many miserable PvP restrictions in the outer zones. Personally, I think the 4 center zones (counting Central Spire) should have one frenzy that rotates around them in a week. The outer 6 zones would rotate the second frenzy.
This is a nice suggestion, so we don’t have days where both frenzy zones are a drag due to outer restrictions.

Tangential but since it was mentioned by OP how miserable it can get when both Blood Frenzy Zones are a drag to farm:
Today both Blood Frenzy regions have the Mana Potions modifier, therefore making it a dud day for farming VPs in those regions.

that’s a day off from PvP if I’ve ever seen one
Quicker and easier to farm literally anywhere else. You’d get more VP from lower value battles, over time, just because the battles will be far faster. Or yes, skip it and farm another day.

No, it’s not quicker. Outside of frenzy zones almost all of your opponents are the lowest VP generating bot opponents because literally no one is playing that zone. Plus you gain too much experience for too little VP further complicating VP farming by reducing opponent values as you gain levels.
That’s irrelevant, because it affects every zone.
If you can pick between doing ten battles at 30 VP or one battle at 60VP that takes the same amount of time, because the mana potions keep looping, you’re better off doing the ten battles. Even though they give half the VP, because they aren’t frenzied, you’ll do way more of them.
I agree the extra xp is an issue, but if all your battle options are already stupidly low, the extra levels won’t make much difference. You’re already the tallest one in the room, adding high heels won’t change that. You know? It sucks, but hopefully the update might help, if they’re supposed to be fixing the matchmaking. We’ll see.
I’m having some doubts. This has been a pain point for many years, even in the previous iteration of PvP. Every time something got adjusted the situation for high level players got worse, as in “less rewards”. They would have to address the formula itself that scales down rewards based on your account progress, which I suspect is out of scope.
