Cant submit a support ticket

Describe your issue:
I have submitted 2 support tickets now on the Infinity Plus 2 site and neither one of them has been successful. When I click on “View All Tickets” it simply puts me back to the Home page, no tickets in sight. I suppose I will make another topic regarding my actual issue here?

When did you make a Freshdesk account?

Because your email and password from Zendesk, will not have carried over.

I didn’t have to make an account, i used sign in with Google cause that’s what i use to log into the game and it just worked. I’ve had the account itself for a few years.

With Zendesk or Freshdesk?

We were previously using Zendesk, if you ever needed to submit a ticket before about 3-4 weeks ago. That login will not work for Freshdesk, which is where tickets are submitted now. You would need to create a Freshdesk account.

Very possible though i made the account last night, however.

Only once you make a Freshdesk account, can you go back and look at old tickets.

You do not need an account to submit a ticket.

I have never submitted a ticket to zendesk before, only ever needed help starting last night after a haitus on the game and all my old troops went missing.

To follow up, i tried to create an account on freshdesk again and it says my email is already in use so i beleive that it was set up correctly.

And if you use that email, can you reset your password (forgot password) and then login?

So the help desk just sent me an email, so the tickets did get sent, i iust cant see them (which is wierd) so i suppose we can close this thread.
