What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I can’t login to the support site it won’t recognise my password even though it being the same for here and it definitely has my email, I can’t get support for the in game breaking issue. It won’t let me reset my password either. As for in game it’s stuck trying to run the tutorial again but gets stuck in a troop upgrade screen.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
This happens every time I try it. Also in game. It happened right after last update.
Steps to make it happen again
Well the steps are to try and log in to support, but the in game problem is that when I try to level up troops of any kind it seems to believe the tutorial hasn’t been done even though it was done and it gets stuck trying to load a battle that doesn’t exist anymore because it’s done.
