What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened: I was expecting the game to open.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening? Every time. I validated files, reinstalled. Worked fine yesterday.
Steps to make it happen again Open the game.
Works fine on mobile.
Hi, I have the same error on Steam. It often happens if I change the VPN region during a game, or turn the VPN on/off. Perhaps your IP address/routing is also changing due to some settings.

No VPN.
My GL said he fixes by turning off HDR… which i dont even have available. Lol

After this happens on PC, can you send through your player.log as a ticket?
When contacting Support, they may ask you to submit a recent Player.log. Player logs are often requested if you play Gems of War on PC and are helpful in checking for any errors in your account data. If Support requests a player.log from you, ...
