Yes. It’s not always the best option, but it you choose to, here’s how:
- Click on the tile in the top corner, with your profile picture (K for you).
- Click (or double click) the envelope symbol on the right hand side, to go to your mail
- Click the green new message box (on the right, just above mid-screen, if that helps)
- Click in the “add users or groups” box and type the name of a moderator to select them
- Type your message and choose send.
They’re pretty busy and in an Aussie time zone (I think), so don’t worry if it takes a while to answer, but they usually respond pretty quickly, if you have an issue. Hope that helps.

Thank you. I was just curious.
We would suggest submitting a Support ticket if you need assistance, as if we have private inbox open, I can imagine they are very full!
