The answer is yes. I did this a week ago.
My main account was pc and I linked it to my ipad.
All you have to do is follow the instructions for linking inside the game. If you have any problems, support is happy to help.

Yup, you sure can. I have my account linked across my iPad, my iPhone, and my PC, and have been playing like that for months. Just use whichever you’re at and it all syncs!
