What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
On completing the Slayer task (stage 1) in the Campaign Tasks, I expected to be able to collect the 2 Red Deeds shown as the reward. On collecting the reward, the game showed 2 BLUE Deeds instead. On looking at my inventory, no deeds of any colour had been given.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Started with new Campaign tasks added in 8.6.
Steps to make it happen again
Collect any coloured deed rewards from campaign tasks (or Books of Deeds). A different colour will claim to have been awarded, when in fact, nothing was awarded.
Honestly, I’m really fed up with the fact that every time there are bugs everywhere, nothing is tested before releases, crazy stuff, stop taking us for beta or alpha testers, it’s not serious, it’s not up to us to do your job, I just tested the recovery of the 2 acts in the tasks and they are not credited in the inventory, we will be told that it is a visual bug, the usual response, yes yes you have the rewards but you don’t see them!!! Seriously, if I don’t see them it’s because I don’t have them!!! the keys and the chaos shards have been credited, I haven’t yet tested the reward options including the paid one when I buy the Pass. Jeto we love you but frankly your Dev team is lost. Thank you for sending us all the rewards in our mailboxes in a reasonable time and for fixing all this mess. And also correct the progress of the tasks which remain blocked if we do not recover the reward, it is exactly the same bug as when the PvP was launched, which was corrected afterwards, so you reproduce a bug that you know in another part of the game, the tasks must continue to be completed even if the first level is finished, it is frankly distressing all this. Every time everything is ruined Sincerely
All three deed tasks (Slayer; Heroic master; Match master) display red deeds on the menu, display blue deeds when collecting and add no deeds to your inventory - looks identically bugged.
Well, you owe me 6 deeds, devs! Heh, what testing do you do, exactly?
2 or 3 book missing and all deeds too for me ,They’ll probably just give us a few gems to compensate, like they did for the guild war, where we lost 3 days of individual and guild rewards because of them, really a joke
