Campaign Task Reward Not Given

Platform, device version and operating system: Xbox Series X What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened: On completing the Slayer task (stage 1) in the Campaign Tasks, I expected to be able to collect the 2 Red Deeds shown as the reward. On collecting the reward, the game showed 2 BLUE Deeds instead. On looking at my inventory, no deeds of any colour had been given. How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
