Just be logged in and go to Campaign Area
As a general rule, it’s always worth restarting the game 10-15 minutes after reset. Though 5 minutes is often sufficient.
I didn’t see the problem, myself. Sure does look a mess, though!
I can reproduce this every single week, when not restarting the game during reset. There is plenty more of issues when not restarted during weekly reset, so please do it.

I did mention that in the bug report. I had to log in twice before it actually reset to something useful.

Oh, my apologies! I read it just as before ‘reset’ as in the time of day and not that it reset itself 
No worries. I think I shall wait 10 minutes instead of 5 minutes going forward
