New Campaign Begins A brand new Campaign begins today. There have been rumours that a new Dark Elven leader is on the raise in Zhul’Kari. Heroic Gem: Web Gem During this Campaign, we have a Heroic Gem that players may encounter in puzzle battles – the Web Gem. Web Gems are Purple Gems that when…
Zhulkari a green kingdom, that uses a lot of purple gems. Like web.
So we get red books ![]()
.
Can i ask do you use a randomiser for the book colour.
Cos red is nothing to do with Zhulkari.
I assumed it was an error. I think it was red deeds last campaign in error as well but they weren’t able to change it? I could be misremembering though
OMG! This campaign is not a trash one, it is stunningly solid trash!
Mythic Troop - 120 % useless, Legendary troop - useless, new weapon - trash, Red Books in the Green Kingdom which focuses on Purple - complete rubbish.
And campaign pet - again again and again - COSMETIC! Many times where were mentions to at least make campaign pet related to campaign mythic. 6-8 now, most probably. Unfortunately, NO.
Well, Ii conclusion - absolutely NO from me! No donation for you the 2nd campaign in the row.
Thanks for saving my money!
So for the weapon, its actually good.
As my guild team builder, il be using it.
Its not all about the explody wodey weapons.
Ps. The mythic should have 50% slay with ectra 3% per gem.
15% is trash and shouldnt ever be that low on a mythic.
The Webbed Prince is just a glorified Matron Velenne, which you can get much easier from chaos shards in Eldrazhor. Maybe if the Webbed Prince exploded gems or created web gems after he killed an enemy, the troop would have something going for it, but why bother suggesting a change when they do not care?![]()
And there’s Lady Morana, too. She uses the same spell, and for a small reduction in the percentages; 10% base to slay plus 2% per gem, she boosts off regular purple and costs 7 less mana.
I just don’t see a reason to use this dude when Matron Velenne and Lady Morana exist.
Red is often the “default” color when nothing has been explicitly set by the developers. At least, that’s the way it seems to me based on things such as what the Spoilers look like for troops that haven’t been fully defined.
So maybe this being Red books is further evidence of the lost art of “proofreading”, that somebody “forgot” to go in and establish the proper color ahead of time and instead left it to the infinite copy-paste routines endemic within the process. Which really shouldn’t be a surprise to us anymore.
Especially if you go into the linked post from the top of this thread and how it mentions that the campaign pest will only be available “during special rescue events after the campaign ends”. Because that has changed, as well, and those of us with working cerebral cortexes know that they’ll start showing up as an option for Pest Gnome-triggered rescues within a few weeks of the campaign ending.
There are more red kingdoms than green or purple, so we’ll need red resources more than those two in the end. I’d much rather receive red books—please keep them!
Is there more red kingdoms thsn others really.
Are you sure about that.
There is currently 7 Red kingdoms and 7 Brown kingdoms. Green, Blue, Yellow, and Purple only have 6 kingdoms each.
The books should be purple, not red. This conclusion is made based on the fact that the stones are purple and because the kingdom is purple. Please check and change it as it should be. This is not the first time such a mistake has been made.
I did pass this on and point out that you would expect the colours to match the Kingdom, but in the past we have had rewards not match the Kingdom mana colour - so there are instances where they aren’t the same.
Again, I pointed out you would expect it to match. Not sure if in future there will be changes so it consistently matches or more instances where it won’t.
My understanding is that the deed/book colour relates to the Kingdom in the final (10th) week of the campaign, which in this case is Wild Plains….which is a red deed/book kingdom.
You can see they share the same background.
so I’m going from memory so I could be very wrong, but is the actual problem that the Campaign Mythic is completely unrelated to Wild Plains which gives off the wrong impression for the books where as every other Campaign Mythic belonged to the location of the last week?
(or it could be Zhul’Kari is slotted in the wrong spot and then the books need to be changed or its the wrong mythic and the wild plains mythic was released early or a billion other things, I guess)
Yes, it would make sense for rewards based on the Mythic Kingdom to help with leveling up that kingdom.
In my opinion, every occurrence that the book did not match was done in error. They were not bugged. They were not a feature. They were an occurrence of care. Some folks care more about their individual work than others. Assuming the same exact person is not in charge of the campaign awards. Otherwise this would be a lot simpler to figure out.
Bit strange this.
The whole campaign is based around zhulkari.
Pets, mythic, weapon, plus name of campaign.
But the books are based on a kingdom, nothing to do with campaign.
Someones losing there mind, and ino iv been checked
so its not me.
Whoever chose red based on wild plains or whatever. Needs checked on like come on really lmfao.
To you and the 3 people that liked your post.
Zhulkari is green, not purple. So no it shouldnt be purple books. Based on kingdom.
Ps. Id rather have purple. But the kingdom is green. So should be green books.
Nothing about campaign books makes any sense, and I don’t think the developers actually care about any of this.![]()
The fact that we haven’t gotten an answer to why red was chosen is very telling.
I hope the feedback (that we expect the colour to match the campaign setting) actually leads them to doing that, because whatever system they’re currently using is not going over well with anyone I’ve spoken to about this.
