Am I the only one struggling with the new gem? My brain refuses to recognize it as a red gem, it keeps seeing it as brown.
@Jeto perhaps for future heroic gems, we could avoid making them two gem colours when the only count as one? 
I think my brain would deal with it better if the second color was not a base gem, eg. red and orange might be fine.

I think it would be less of an issue if all Heroic gems counted as all the colors it’s designed to have, which in this case is red and brown.
At first, I was also confused and thought it was a brown gem.

Not trying to be funny. But it’s volcanic, lava coming down the sides.
Lava is usually red hot. So red gem.
Just call it a lava Gem. Simples.
I don’t play much these days, most of the heroic gems I don’t recognize by name. You can call it “the other red gem” and it wouldn’t help me at all 
I mean, if you study it carefully, you might decide it’s a red gem cause yeah, lava is the main feature. But when trying to play without paying too much attention, just going by visual cues, it would be easier to spot matches if it was an all red volcano shaped gem instead of a red/brown volcano shaped gem, that’s all

Oh, it should definitely be a red/brown hybrid, not just red. Like, come on, the gem is brown! It’s a volcano, of course it should be earth too! They should totally update it. Would make it stronger, but it’d still be weaker than elemental stars, and you can throw those around pretty freely…
