I think everyone at unforgiven should boycott spending money until they get rob back. Its a joke that its taken this long to adress an unjust ban

I for one wouldn’t be spending ANY money at all on a game where you can get banned randomly with no recourse. Ludicrous

What does this teach you? Do not spend money on a pass at least not at the beginning of the pass. Rob said he bought pass and now he is going to miss out on some of the pass resources because he is ignored. I do not know his VIP level but am sure it is probably 15 plus. Am I saying that you should get some special treatment if you are a paying customer over perhaps a guy that has spent not one dime on this game? That is exactly what I am saying!!! There are companies out there that appreciate their paying customers but unfortunately this is not one of them.

This company doesn’t appreciate its players in the slightest. If they did they would have the decency to actually respond. This happens time and time again.

The best bit is, at least 1 dev is active as there’s a thread that was locked a couple hours ago and 2 people with newly suspended accounts. So this issue appears to be genuinely being ignored.

they’ve been closed, reopened jan2 I think, tickets say may take up to five business days for response, the person banned is the one supposed to submit the request, one of our mutual friends was “in same boat”, response was given on the 5th business day, remember your other friend further labeled him as “cheater”then was banned from forum after posting dm with Kafka, it all seems like it was supposed to happen?
