This has been going on for a few months now.
What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
Any new chat in my guild channel should appear on its own when I open the guild chat window. Instead, 9 times out of 10 I have to manually disconnect from guild chat and reconnect to see new chat. Often times this chat is several hours old, so the servers should have had time to load new chat.
What are the steps to make it happen again?
Open guild chat. If no new chat is present, disconnect from chat and reconnect. Voila, any new chat will actually load now (although sometimes it still gets lost in limbo.
Not sure if this is due to me loading into channel 001 since that where the most chat occurs. It’s just text, so I assume it shouldn’t be too taxing for the servers -_-
