What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
I went into Explore mode in Khaziel… was expecting just an regular AI team.
What are the steps to make it happen again?

You ran into ‘Evolved Gorgotha’. A mob from an extra quest in Khaziel that gives access to a unique hero weapon.
I believe you had to finish all Khaziel quests and at least the first Adana quest to gain access to the extra quest in Khaziel. Back in the days he came with 3 Rock Worms. The unique weapon was either Fire and Ice or War and Peace, I dont quite remember.
That dude was from the mini-quest to unlock Fire&Ice.
War&Peace was available shortly after in the shop, and you got Sun&Moon if you spent a certain amount of gems.
The unique for that quest was War & Peace.
Well then! Was not aware this evolved version was a thing… didn’t recall seeing it before.
That is not a bug, you found the evolve gorgotha, did you know you can also summon the evolved gorgotha?
