Is this what you were talking about then? I don’t know where it’s said how many Glory keys it equals to, but in this post @Sirrian does say each guild chest is worth 20 seals
I continued looking for where it’s said that the 20k guild chest would equal 1k glory keys, but I should probably head to bed now 
. I’ll do a better job of looking for it tomorrow.
In the mean time, unless actual play time drastically changes my opinion, I believe I’ll be fine with whatever minimum is set for us
