Is Astaroth in Event-Chests?

Yeah, he should be. That campaign mythic was released months ago, but keep in mind that you have 3 other mythics that can get in your way. (Like when I needed 5,000 event keys for Mist of Scales to get Takshaka the first time.
@TheIdleOne and anyone else, one of my guildmates found Astaroth.

yeah I saw people getting it. I “only” pulled 4 mythics and they weren’t Astaroth

Took me way too many Event Keys to pull a copy today…. but it’s not like I’ve had much of anything to spend them on in a rather long time. Other than using some Event Keys several months ago to pull two additional copies of Takshaka, my pile has been slowly accumulating for a very long time.
It’s not that I wanted to spend ~8000 keys to get Astaroth (and to pull every other Blighted Lands mythic multiple times first), but at least I had them to spare.
