None of the options/privlileges in guild ranks are overly impressive, except for the guild leader.
It would be nice if more options were given and guilder leaders could customize what each rank was allowed to do.
Some people may want to promote someone to the top, but may not want things like their team shield changed and so on.
Maybe stats to see what each member has contributed to more specifically (like their contribution breakdown. How much to each statue, gifts bought for team, etc?) Be nice for team mates to see how many battles each person had that month, what their hourly gold earnings are, etc.
They need to come up with some better stuff.
