Bane Of Ambition trait triggering wrongly

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
TLDR: The trait triggers at the end of my turn, too.

While testing traits resolving, for this bug: Zarg’s Boom Pile Trait Targeting Bug - Bug Reports - Gems of War | Forums, I tried a team of troops with “create/conjure a X storm when my turn begins” (Seriously, why do some say create and others say conjure?), and confirmed that the traits are resolved from top to bottom.
HOWEVER, I also saw that with bane of ambition in first place, and other troops below, it created a coloured storm at the beginning of my turn, but it creates a bonestorm at THE END of my turn. The enemy team always has a bonestorm active during their turn, with 8 turns remaining, and when my turn starts, it turns back to the coloured storm of my lowest troop.
So, I get coloured storms, but the enemy gets bonestorms. And I checked to ensure they had no traits that could create storms (they didn’t). So it seems bugged.

I tested again with 4 troops creating coloured storms and on the enemy turn it was also the same storm as on my turn, with 7 turns remaining. So, no new storm was created, unlike with bane of ambition.
I tested a team of only bane of ambition (2 copies, since I only have 2), and it always creates a bonestorm at the beginning and end of my turns. You can see the circle of the bottom of the screen drop off and reappear, showing a new storm has started, and the number is always 8 turns remaining.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?

Steps to make it happen again
Use bane of ambition. End turn.

Managed to get footage of bane of ambition only team triggering at the start and end of my turn.
I can grab footage of a mixed storm-making team, if you need, but I don’t think it matters to the bug.
