Most creepy horror game is no doubt Alien: Isolation, for me at least. In these harder difficulties the Alien doesnt give you any room for breath, hide or you will dieā¦
SOMA is posisbly the 2nd creepiest game I have played for the newer generation.
Worth a a last honorable mention is Outlast.

Because you have not played many horrors after it came out. 
For PC:
I somehow found the old click and point games Black Mirror and The Lost Crown extremely creepy story, even if these is old games they gave me more than dozens of chillsā¦
