[reported] Parrot Silences Non-adjacent Enemy

[Parrot Bug] When the parrot used its spell It silenced both of my allies, even though they aren’t adjacent. I would’ve expected only the bottom ally, the one it targeted, to be silenced. This is the first time I’ve noticed this. I’m on PC.
