Badges being awarded instead of medals on explore level 16

after going down to level 10/11/12 explore for gnome speed and then reverting back to level 16 explore sad to report only badges being awarded instead of medals. Restart log out etc no effect = level 16 explore awarding only badges instead of medals - not a visual error because no changes in medal counts. the game simply refusing to award medals over and over again on completed explore level 16. At least 12 medals down so pointless doing explore which is big chunk of the game.

also cannot log in to see this support ticket on support website for reasons unknown

If you REALLY luck out and get 3 of the same badge from the dragon and then get the hoard mimic, that’d be a medal XD

yeah wrote tthis completely wrong should have written tokens instead of bages etc, but since week reset that shit has stopped and now working on 16 explore as normal 'cept for massive increase in gard drops as a result of posting. Of cause cliffy still working overtime on 16 boss battle so get zero of anything but hey thats par for the toxic devs.
