It’s happening on another low level alt as well. So what needs to happen to see Nexus?

Nexus is in Kingdom Group 10 so you’ll need to complete all the Questlines up to and including Group 9 to unlock it:
I’ll make sure the ‘Kingdoms: Unlock a Kingdom and Kingdom Quests’ article is updated to include Nexus today.
