Now that I have all my kingdoms to lv 10 and power lv 5 what should be my next steps in progression?
What about your Underworld delves?
I guess I can work on those next since I only have a few even to lv 100 delves
It helps when you join a good guild which will help you advance much faster as well as guide you through your next stages. 
If you can meet the requirements these guilds will often complete events, offer legendary tasks, provide pet rescues, etc.
