I try to keep track of the new emojis, portraits and titles that are available to get in events, but not shown in your collection if you haven’t unlocked them.
You can buy them in your collection usually 3 months after release.

What I’d like to know is if the ability to buy a certain title ever goes away or if we have to do some silly rotation for titles and portraits, or if you can pick them up whenever after they are old enough?

Same here. It hope it becomes available and stay there after a certain time period.

Hi, I was wondering, where in game would I find the emojis and portraits packs that are coming back around for sale?
Three months have passes since the first set of packs were introduced so we should be as of now able to buy them for gems right?

Click on chat and then on Portraits/Emojis/Tittle tab. Unowned ones are at the bottom of a list. Ones that are already available for purchase have a gem cost shown.
