What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
Silent One was dead but still activating his Water Link on blue matches for Mercy.
What are the steps to make it happen again?
Not sure, but Silent One was in the first position when it happened. The same problem was reported before, on April I think, and now, August, nothing changed? Great…

Anything is possible with The Great Maw 
I rember seeing that happening with the Silent One only, and I think it has something to do with his summoning on death trait.
A lot of things are bugged with on death effects, including, since the release of stun, bypassing the stun effects.
No, Maw didn’t devour anything, in fact it was killed before that could even happen, but when I killed Silent One it summoned an Ancient Horror, I killed the Ancient Horror and after that Mercy got Water Link from Silent One!
