Currently, the only indicator that a kingdom is ready to upgrade is this little exclamation point on the map. These are really tiny and require searching around the map every so often to make sure I’m not missing an available upgrade.
Also, the current indicator can get blocked by other icons, making it nearly impossible to see:
While I don’t want the UI super cluttered, an indicator displayed when a kingdom is ready to upgrade or kingdom tasks have been completed would be really helpful. Clicking on the indicator could take you to the appropriate kingdom.

Definitely would be good to make it clearer. Even the lanterns can be hard to spot sometimes, and the green diamond blends in to some kingdoms.
I wonder, does the diamond appear anywhere else. Like if you go to kingdom info, and hit the question mark above the crown (R2 on PS), it brings up the kingdom population list. On the right hand side, there’s a crown by your home kingdom, but there’s a big space. Anyone know if the diamond appears in that space, or something? If not, it would be useful to have it show up there, so you can scroll down the list and see which are ready, then just go find them.
