Hello then Im trying recover account it says - the account you trying to link has been deactivated because of a pervious linking

Probably, the best thing to do is go here
https://gemsofwar.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
and select “Account Issue”.
If you link an account to a device that already has an account linked, the already linked account gets deactivated. Only the support team can activate the account again, link as posted above.
