I’m leader for a casual guild that started in May and is beginning to develop a core of regular players. We will finish 2nd in our GW bracket (bracket 353, but whatever… 
). We’ve made it to 20k seals the past two weeks without having any firm requirements.
I’m starting to think about how to provide a path to advancement for our members other than just wishing them well when they leave while, at the same time, keeping our role as a place for beginners to learn. It would also be beneficial, I think, for our guild members to have access to the wisdom of more-advanced players.
So, my question is, are there guild families looking to expand who would like a beginners/rest-stop guild in their mix? If so, what would be the impact on our existing way of operating?
