Abilities based on number of Souls correct for player, incorrect for AI (Post Server Migration?)

I thought I would put this here for tracking purposes. I remember it working pre-server migration, or I swear it did.

I’ve had both PharosRa and the Abyssal Portal not gain bonuses from the souls the AI has gathered.

No summon for the Portal.
No extra damage for Pharos.

Recreation was just to let the AI gain souls, then fire one of the abilities with bonuses for having the souls. The bonuses were not applied for the AI, but still work for the player side.
