Same, I logged into the game on Android before updating the game.

Did you go to the symbol on map below your souls and scroll to the bottom and collect them?

Again, these were not issues in the whole beta process.

Dudes, you really need to take a long hard look at usecases and testing process you have in place.

It’s not edge cases that there are problems with, happy paths are not working!

Yes and there is no collect button, upon initial loading of the game there was one that said it gave me everything, but I got nothing instead, they should have used the in game mail system to deliver the individual rewards.

So there is an exclamation point (!) over the Astral Spire icon at the top of the screen. I click it, then am presented with the AS screen with an indicator to click to start (as far as I can interpret) – only, clicking does nothing. There is no way to advance to the game, and no way to get out without closing the game completely… ?

I did not get proper pass rewards should of got 300 extra but only received 100 stones and they double charged me for both pack

Sorry double charges were from the pack in the store that give you 125 stones

Library Pass not giving the correct amount of rewards

9.1 Known Issues

We are already working on getting the Library rewards and missing Library Pass rewards mailed out. A TLDR; I expect players who had any Library rewards marked as already collected upon updating, will get those rewards mailed out. And anyone who has purchased the Library Pass will also get the missing bonus rewards, as well as the missing Star Stones and Imperial Deeds. I am just waiting to hear back from the team to confirm any sort of ETA. At the moment it is just by the end of the week.

This can be resolved with a restart in most cases, or if you play in windowed mode changing to full screen. It’s happening cos something is blocking the Astral Spire tutorial appearing, so it soft locks.

It’s mentioned in the list above, and the team are working on a fix.

I was promised an additional 300 star stones with the library pass, but only received 100.

There is no “Next” button, only the green logo shown with the tapping finger. Clicking it (or anything else on the screen) does nothing.

• The Library rewards displaying as already collected for lvl 50+ players
  • They are intended to be available
• Library Pass not giving the correct amount of rewards
• Players not getting the Luther tutorial for The Astral Spire causes a softlock

• Can at times be resolved with a relaunch - team is already working on a fix
• Also, can be resolved if you are playing Windowed mode, by changing OUT of that setting
• The World Map is unresponsive
  • Is resolved with a restart

Any rewards that are missed, we will get out to everyone. There is no need to submit a ticket about the above issues

Also, aware there is an issue with Spanish accounts - team is looking into it
And there is already a thread about CLIFFY errors when trying to purchase offers in the Dungeons, team is also already looking into it.

i notice some players in global stating as well in my guild family that after 9.1 update the astral spire pages are greyed out and they can’t play that6 area of the games @Jeto

9.1 force update went out last night, so I am expecting the missing Library Pass rewards and missing free Library rewards (for lvl 50+ players) to be going out today as well.

But that will depend on testing. If there are any issues, it will be Monday.
Or a mix of both - Library rewards today and Library Pass rewards Monday

that after 9.1 update the astral spire pages are greyed out

not sure I understand how that’s possible, if you can only see the Astral Spire in the first place once you update to 9.1? If they are having issues, please ask them to make a separate bug thread and not post into this one.
